On November 18, a high-level meeting on strategic cooperation between Bright Food Group and Eurazeo was held at the headquarters of Eurazeo. Shi Mingfang, the Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Bright Food Group, and Wu Tonghong, Executive Director and President of Bright International, and other delegation members discussed the joint establishment of QDLP fund with all members of the Eurazeo Strategy Committee.
At the meeting, Shi Mingfang pointed out that the investment cooperation between Bright Food and Eurazeo in QDLP would be a beneficial exploration of Sino-French economic and trade cooperation. As an starting point for the cooperation between the parties, after establishment, through effective use of the resources of both parties, QDLP will contribute to the further development of Sino-France Food and agriculture-related investment, capital and industrial layout, and promote the development of food and agriculture in both countries.
Both parties agreed that the strategic cooperation would better integrate European food and agricultural resources, capital, technology and service systems to Chinese market, thereby a demonstration project of Sino-French investment cooperation would be established. As a legal and compliant channel for funds to invest in overseas markets, investment in QDLP by Bright Food also has certain strategic significance and value for industrial layout in Europe, making full use of and attracting Euro assets.
